If you suffer from unpleasant side effects from taking a drug or combination of drugs or would like guidance and advice regarding your medication, please ask for an appointment with one of our pharmacists as they may be able to help. |

Social PrescriberSometimes our patients need non-clinical help which is outside the remit of our GPs. Social prescribing is a fairly new role in the NHS but is an extremely valuable one. For example, if you are feeling lonely or socially-isolated, struggling with a caring role, want to get fitter but don’t know where to start or need help with life in general, our social prescriber may be able to help. They can signpost you to activities and services that may help and support you to improve your health, wellbeing, independence, and help you live life to the full. |
