Senior Partner
Dr Bish, our senior partner, trained at St George’s hospital in London. After qualifying he worked for 5 years in hospital medicine around SW London and Surrey. He started as a partner at a Wimbledon GP practice, before moving to the Hart in 2013.

Dr Will Hearsey
GP Partner
Dr Hearsey is one of our GP Partners. He joined the Hart surgery team in 2015 and has an interest in most areas of medicine. This allows him to find a lot to write about in his fortnightly columns for the Henley Standard. He has training in dermoscopy and joint injections and looks after Lashbrook nursing home where he does a ward round every week. Outside the surgery he is an avid reader. He enjoys playing and recording music and has recently bought himself a trail cam with which he captures footage of all manner of woodland creatures! He is also the founder of One Week, a community movement that aims to co-ordinate large numbers of people in small sacrifices to create big rewards. Most recently this was focused on saving energy.
