Staff Sickness – Hart and Boots

We have unusually high level of staff sickness at the moment. Healthy staff are doing their best to cover for their colleagues but this may mean that phones take longer to be answered, prescriptions take longer to be processed and we are slower than usual with email replies and administrative matters.  We have also heard that Boots the Chemist is suffering the same problem and they may take over a week to process prescriptions.  Thank you for your patience and for bearing with us.
