Clinic Dates & Booking

We will keep this page up-to-date with our vaccine clinic dates as soon as they are known. If you have a face-to-face appointment coming up with a nurse, then you can have a flu vaccination at the same time. Please ask at time of booking. Unfortunately we can’t do Covid vaccinations in a standard nurse appointment as 1 vial of vaccine is for multiple patients and once opened it must be used within a short space of time.

Contact Us

For flu and/or Covid vaccination enquiries please use our dedicated email address bobicb-ox.hart.vaccinations@nhs.net In order to keep our main phone lines free for day-to-day surgery business, we would be grateful if you did not call our main line for vaccination enquiries if it is unavoidable. If you do need to call, it would be helpful if you rang at a quiet time eg Tue-Fri, late morning or mid to late afternoon.

Our dedicated vaccination enquiry telephone extension opens for Autumn 2026 Covid vaccination enquiries on 1st September 2026.  It is open most mornings from 9am
