The Hart Surgery Team

Our clinical team consists of GPs, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists and a Paramedic. They are supported by our wonderful and longsuffering reception team and behind the scenes by the equally crucical medical secretaries, prescription desk staff , administrators and care coordinators who are overseen by our practice manager. Over 50 people work at The Hart Surgery.

Each member of our team is vital to the smooth running of the surgery.   The team is cohesive and supportive of one another and we try wherever possible to be flexible as we can and to make every single member of staff feel valued and appreciated. It really is a great place to work.

16 hours a week across 4 or 5 days

Responsible for

• Premises & Equipment (maintenance & policies)
• Health & Safety (checks & policies)
• Ad hoc assistance to practice manager
